Who we are

LootBiz ("we", "us") operates lootbiz.com, an independent guide to Australian prize home and lottery draws. We are not a lottery operator.

Information we collect

• Email address, only if you choose to subscribe to draw alerts. We use it solely to email you about upcoming and closing draws, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited and general location and device type, collected in aggregate to understand what is useful and improve the site.

We do not ask for your name, address, payment details or any sensitive information. Payments for tickets happen on the operator's own site, never on LootBiz.

Affiliate links and cookies

Some links on LootBiz are affiliate links. When you click one and go to an operator's site, that operator or its affiliate network (for example Commission Factory) may set a cookie so any purchase can be attributed to us and we can be paid a commission. This is standard affiliate tracking. It does not identify you to us by name and it does not change what you pay.

How we use your information

To send the draw alerts you asked for, to measure and improve the site, and to earn affiliate commission that keeps LootBiz free. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site, including Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and an email provider to send alerts. They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your email only while you are subscribed. Under Australian privacy law you can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@lootbiz.com and we will action it.

Children

LootBiz and the lotteries it lists are for adults. You must be 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
